The Community College of Baltimore County seeks an experienced and energetic Dean of Enrollment Management to assume leadership of all enrollment and admission functions throughout the institution, and to promote the relationship of the Enrollment Management division with all the other divisions of the College. The Dean’s role will include leveraging technology to improve resource utilization and to expand customer service, as well as implementing leading-edge systems and business processes in the following areas: Admissions, Financial Aid, International Student Services, Enrollment Services Centers, Registrar, and Inbound/Outbound Communications. The position requires a collaborative leader who will help CCBC determine what’s working well, and provide leadership for process improvement.
