The biggest corporate-diversity event of the year—the unveiling of the 12th annual DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity list—will take place on the night of April 24 with more than 600 corporate leaders in attendance, including several CEOs. The announcement of the DiversityInc Top 50 will spotlight the progress and accomplishments of these companies and reveal cutting-edge diversity-management trends. The evening will start with a one-hour networking reception, attended by top executives from more than 200 companies. Our dinner speaker will be Harvard’s Dr. Henry Louis “Skip” Gates. The dress for the announcement dinner is business professional.
We’ll start the two-day event in the afternoon of April 24 with learning sessions and panels on “Managing the Global War for Talent” and plenty of time for networking. Speakers on April 24 will include the CEOs of Empire BlueCross BlueShield of New York and KeyCorp. The learning sessions, panels and networking will continue April 25 with Ameren CEO Tom Voss leading the day and a networking lunch with three concurrent discussions on global talent led by the chief diversity officers of Sodexo, Johnson & Johnson and Kraft Foods.
