WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION?
This position is accountable for delivering growth and profit objectives for our Select Customer business. Other responsibilities are as follows:
Conducting business analysis & development of territorial sales plans to achieve new business objectives on a profitable basis.
Communicating business desirability of our products and services.
Negotiating “win/win” deals to the mutual benefit of the customer and The Hartford.
Generating, through active customer visits, adequate flow of business to drive results.
Developing new business leads and opportunities
Understanding and utilizing current technologies and promote related technologies appropriately to agents.
Providing ongoing training to agents on our products, appetite and automation tools.
