Senior Sales Practices and Training Consultant (#1202999)
This position is accountable for identifying and developing sales tools and practices, designing, developing and delivering functional training and education; consulting with business sponsors to determine appropriate training needs; and ensuring the consistent delivery of appropriate training and education through multiple delivery platforms. This position provides an opportunity for home office exposure and building experience in process and practice improvement as well as training and development. Minimum 6 years of Middle Market, Property Casualty Sales and Underwriting experience required. Management experience and industry designations preferred. Ideal background includes Sales experience, including prospect development, qualification processes practices, and large account development .

National Accounts Sr Underwriter (#1201797)
This position is responsible for the casualty lines of National Accounts (typically accounts with more than 500 employees) which are written utilizing loss sensitive plans such as Large Deductibles and Self-Insured Retentions.

Sr. Loss Control Consultant (#1202698)
Provide loss control technical consultation and evaluation to underwriting for the selection of new and renewal commercial, multi-line business. Prepares reports, analyzes data, and identifies injury and/or accidental trends to assist underwriters and insured management in making business decisions.
