Your creative decisions, leadership, and team building could significantly affect the direction of science and health in the U.S. and abroad. You would lead approximately 40 Scientific Review Officers (SROs) and the review activities of 40-50 study sections and special emphasis panels in four Integrated Review Groups (IRGs) by supervising IRG Chiefs in managing a broad range of human resources issues, recruiting and mentoring, ensuring that peer review principles and practices are applied in a consistent manner across the Division, and overseeing management of the Division’s budget.
