Hee...I wish I could even afford to think about having crazy shopping habits. I rarely shop and when I do it's always for things I need. But still if I spend $100 or more I spaz out like I'mma go broke any second. :lol: Truth be told, I'd bed I spend more funny feeding my gut than anything else. ;-)

I heard about that madness and it irritated me so much. 50 Cent seems like he's always trying to start something. Talking about people only liked Kanye because they wanted something less threatening. they usually are hesitant to let Phi Mu Alpha and KKPsi step in the shows at the schools down here because of that. (they try and pull some "because we are all musicians its a given that we should be able to step well so it isn't fair" card so they don't let folk compete but showcase us as exhibitions and what not).
What chapter was it btw?
I know down here we have unity day on the strip where PMA, SAI, KKPsi, and TBS in the AUC just post outside of the strip and do stuff include step. Morehouse usually doesn't step outside of a very small part of the probate but the stuff i saw the orgs at CAU do was just crunk as hell.

And yeah...I know firsthand how Divine 9 is hesitant to include PMA,SAI,KKPsi,&TBS step because when it cam time to decide if they should be included in any step shows people were NOT pleased!!! Personally, I think it'll make things interesting cuz I'm tired of seeing the same ole folks. That's why the spring step show should so interesting w/ 4 extra orgs(not to mention how long it's gonna be :shock.

Well we've had this convo so you already know how I feel about Homecoming 2005 ;-) --underwhelming at best. I'm not saying that I necessarily need everything to be big&bad but at least the excitement and promotion should start sooner than the Wednesday/Thursday before Homecoming. At CAU nobody really knew what was going on and the spirit just wasn't there. The only thing that made it exciting(and stressful) for me being involved this year as a campus queen. Otherwise I would have been really mad.
Highlights:
-BEATING MOREHOUSE AT THEIR GAME!!!!!!!!!!!! 8-) Sorry, I had to do it....it's aiight though...we lost our Homecoming game too. ;-)
-Coronation....truly a beautiful event.
-Coronation ball....although it seemed random, having Slick Rick, Biz Markie, and Dougie Fresh was something fun&different. It's nice to take it back sometimes.
-Cheering and acting a fool w/ the Spirit Boosters at the game.
-Being in the parade.
-Attending my first step show since crossing...Glad the Sigmas won but still believe my sorors were ROBBED!!!! They did soooo good...but oh well.
-Attending Morehouse's step show...simply cuz it was a thousand times deeper. But once again, Blue&White was robbed.
Low Points:

I'm soooooo tired of Young Geezy so I won't be going to ya'lls concert. Only Morehouse/Spelman festivities I'll be at are the coronations(simply to support my homie who is Ms. AUC) and the football game(cuz I know it's gonna be crazy).
