I totally feel u on this but even if she did want to be a DST, Zeta, AKA or etc and wore a Red, Blue, or Pink dress. I dont really think that's disrespectful cause she may happen to look awesome in those colors. If thats the case then that's like saying u cant wear a red, blue, pink, or etc t shirt, dress, and etc until or IF u cross into that org. Coleman Love is pretty much recognized everywhere but hell, if my chapter wants to throw a party and call it Fire and Ice, Crimson and Kream, or whatever its just what it is. This happens with every org just about. I saw something at a surrounding college talking about A Pretty Party: Diamonds and Pearls. Here the Sigmas want to throw a party with us. People have their preference and people will be people. Its really not that big of a deal.

I do know that ASU(Albany State) is havin a 06 line cause thas when they get back on the yard from an 04 incident. I heard a couple of Fall 99 Alpha's talkin about how "right" they gone be. But, I feel that there shouldnt be a line either. It should be law.

There are 2 two things that you must do.
1. Weigh the pros and cons about that org.
2. Do the research on the other orgs that you would consider, and then come them apples to apples.
Once you have compared everything (what you like, dislike, what they stand for, wat you stand for, their aspirations, goal, ect.) then you can make a conscious decision.
About the girl that you said that doesn't have the GPA, there might be more to it that you are not privy to. (ie. she may have transferred or have been there before) who's to know.....

And something else I wanna add. If u let one person or people hender u from the org that u have ur eyes set on......then maybe u shouldnt be greek! True enough members of that org are suppose to represent that org in the right way but as we all know EVERYONE isnt that way and EVERYONE doesnt follow the rules. And just cause one person,group, or hell even a ENTIRE chapter is doing something wrong or acts a certain way doesnt mean that EVERY chapter or person in that org is that way. It should be about what YOU can bring to the table and what can u do for HER(the org u have in MIND). So maybe u should sit back and think why IIIIIS it that u wanna even be greek. Cause if u REALLY wanted to be apart of the org that u have in MIND. Then nothing or no one would be able to detour you from HER. Me personally I didnt have to have a org in MIND. I already had her in my heart.
