I probably know what the meaning of the term is if you spell it out. There are too many abbreviations to know everyone of them. How about using standard English and quit using shortcuts when you are typing? This is not a cell phone this is a discussion board where you can spell things out completely!
They were right.... If you DON'T know what GDI means, you haven't done thorough enough research.... NO ONE ever uses the full words out anymore... so it has been shortened to GDI. Figure out what it means, and then you'll be on your way to pursuing an org... there is no PROBABLY in knowing it... either you do or you don't.... THAT BEING SAID... just PLEASE read before you post... I can think of at least 2 threads (may be in graveyard) that are about the phrase/abbreviation GDI... its not that serious... do some research.

I don’t know if any of u guys have ever been to Chicago but if so I wanna know if you could compare the are where Howard is to any are in da Chi. If you’ve never been there then can you just explain the area in general. I’ve been hearin mixed reviews
There are a LOT of people from the Chi at HU, so I mean, its an adjustment, but you can do it... (there will be a couple of reunions and picnics over the summer by people who went to Morgan Park, Whitney Young, Oak Park, Kenwood... etc... get up with them...
How heavy is greek life on-campus? (im not going to go beyond asking that cuz I’ve searched some stuff on these forums and well lets just say we’re all being watched, lol)

you have to know what the word PROBATE means in the context of an organization to know whether or not said organization has PROBATES... which is why people are referring you to AKA'a national website.
