There are two topics in play here. The approach and online dating.
The approach:
I get mad play from online, but in person I have a harder time. The thing is: my online persona is the same as my everyday persona. My approach is just the Hi, how are you, normal conversation piece, which often gets me nowhere. All I do is be myself, which is the goal oriented, cordial, funny, hardworkin average guy. Some may say, that is because of "who" you are approaching. I have to disagree because I have approached a myriad of women from numerous backgrounds (church, school, my military sistahs, on the street, in libraries, etc.) No, I am not an ugly guy, inside or out. Now when I used to approach like "can I *bleep*" I also got hella play!?! I honestly don't know how to approach a woman anymore. If what comes out of my mouth works, good. If not, oh well--plenty of fish in the sea.
Online Dating:
I hear some saying you get to know the person first before you see them. Problem with that theory is: the majority of people online are not being themselves just like in everyday life. (you meet their "representative" until after the relationship is well on the way) Maybe the inhibitions are not present online. That's why some female will be like nah in person but steadily lookin online. Ionno Someone school me on this one.
Online dating shouldn't be your first priority when it comes to spittin at females. It should be a backup. There's too many deceptive ass females on these websites. The best way to meet women is to be out there in the field, face to face with these women. This way you can see how they look in person, peep their hygiene, style of dress, etc. You can't do this on myspace or BP because everyone's the shit on there. People are flawless on there. Also, you can't read a female's nonverbal language on dating sites. 90% of communication is nonverbal. You can only peep out a female's nonverbal language in person. Her body language will tell you if she's feelin you or not.
Girls don't want to come off as sexually undisciplined and loose. But there is no double standard really. The only thing that stops many females from engaging in hoeish behavior is the negative stigma behind it. But once you put certain females in places (like Mardi Gras, Black Beach Week, Cancun, nightclubs) where the stigma is removed they will act real hoeish.
Let me break the game down for you ladies.
Before I describe the "good man" ladies want I gotta describe the types of dudes out here on the dating scene. There are four major types of dudes out here and all of them have subcategories. But I'm going to describe positive and negative aspects of these main types just to keep this post from being too long. Ladies, we will call these guys "the four P's"
Players
Positives: These dudes are real smooth and suave when dealing with yall. These dudes are very charismatic and they have the gift of gab. The ladies just love these dudes' personalities and these guys have the confidence of ten men. Yall consider these dudes very sexy. These dudes know how to dress nice and are never over-the-top with their gear.
Negatives: Many players are deceitful when dealing with females. These type of dudes are habitual liars and they will lie, steal, cheat, or do whatever just to get some sex.
Professionals
Positives: The professional brotha is usually the very well educated guy who is articulate and goal oriented. These dudes usually come from a stable family background and they go to the best schools. These dudes have no time for half-assing and they are very thorough when it comes to taking care of business. These are the dudes yall can really depend on financially and they provide yall with a sense of security.
Negatives: On the flipside these type of dudes are usually arrogant, snobby, and stuck on themselves. They tend to have a "holier-than-thou- attitude. They are sometimes so serious that you just want to smack him like "Listen, lighten yo ass up!" These dudes often seem to come off as narcissist, because they will brag about their accomplishments. "I got my B.A. from Morehouse, I was accepted into Harvard's graduate school, I just bought a benz."
Pushovers
Positives: These type of guys are easy-going and nonconfrontational. They know how to be sensitive to their women. Ladies, these are the type of brothas that will buy you flowers, open the car door for you, call you at work just to say "Hi", etc.
Negatives: The problem with these dudes are they usually don't have a backbone. They will jump will yall say jump and yall will walk all over this guy if he doesn't stand up for himself.
Parolees
These dudes were raised in the hood. They are referred to as "thugs, gangstas, roughnecks, and bangers". Now there is a big difference between a real street cat and a wannabe thug. Alot of dudes want to be a thug nowadays because it's now the cool thing to be. You can easily be a thug, just learn a few rap songs, get a wife beater, sag your jeans and voila you're a thug! But the real street cat usually has been running the streets since his childhood, he's always in and out of jail, they have family members that are or have been locked up, they live on terms of survival, etc.
Positives: These dudes have that macho and self assured attitude which females find sexually enticing. And many girls will tell you these dudes know how to hit it right.
Negatives: These dudes are usually jobless because of their records. Even if he doesn't have a record he would rather hustle than get a job. These dudes don't have a long outlook on life. Most don't want to do better for themselves. They are good with just living in the hood.
Now that you have a somewhat understanding of what type of dudes that are out here yall need to know that when lookin for this "good man" he needs to have the positive aspects of all these types. This "good man" is universal ladies.
****He needs to be charismatic, confident, and knows how to be sexy like the Player
****He needs to be intelligent, goal oriented, and knows how to handle his business like the Professional
****He needs to be sensitive at times like the Pushover but knows when to put yall in check when yall test him.
****He needs to know how to get down and freaky in the bed like the Parolee
Now ANY woman can get a good man but the question is can you keep him? Keeping a good man is a task within itself. Ladies, you have to upgrade your game to keep a good brotha.

Come on fellas let's not believe what these women are saying about giving head. If they say they don't give head because "it's nasty, she's not that type of chick, etc" Thats bullshit, that aint nothin but old school game. The majority of women out here have already gave oral or are at least willing to try it out someday with the right guy. Giving head on a man is a woman's ultimate act of submission. She's deferring her own sexual gratification to give him pleasure.
It's goin to be hard to be in a serious relationship with a guy and not have sex with him. Dudes have a primal need to have an orgasm. Once we get our first taste of sex we want more sex. My advice to you is to find a virgin that wants to loose his V-card after marriage or to find a really religious brotha thats really into church. It's not goin to be an easy task but there are some dudes out there that are like that.
There are plenty of reasons why we don't want to commit to one girl at an early age. But I believe the main reason why we don't want to commit is because we don't want to commit to the WRONG female. Committing to the wrong female has bad consequences. If we commit to the wrong female we could be payin that girl for a long time if she gets pregnant. Having a chickenhead ass baby momma is a pain in the ass. Even if she doesn't get pregnant she can be one of those psycho bitches and stalk a playa and slash his tires, etc.
