Im single because........... I honestly dont kno, maybe because i not really lookin for anything serious right now. But i do think i'm a lil possesive, a flirt and like alot of attention but who doesnt?? I've only had two serious relationships. After coming out of an abusive relationship, i find it hard to take niggas (not men) serious. Being single right now for me is ok. eventually i would like to find someone special.
I lost about 20pounds my sophmore yea in HS and been pretty good keepin it off. I was about a size 11 now i wear size 8, i wasnt fat just thicker than i wanted to be. But anyway, i didnt exercise at all, i just cut down on eating all the junk food i used to
-Eat fruits instead of say chips
-Drink water instead of soda, soda is actually very fattening, i only drank a small amount of juice
-Also i gave up eating meat for a little while, and i ate mostly fish.
-Also you also gotta stay active, even if its not excersize(sex is good too) :?
Damn that would really be hard for me lol, i really could only get one outfit with that without thes shoes :???: ,
But if i was determined i could make it stretch
