I know a lot of students who have transferred but not all of their credits followed them. As a matter of fact, many had to start almost from the beginning and thats because Howard requires a lot of courses that aren't offered at other schools. More info about transfer students can be found here: Admissions for Transfer Students - Howard University

oooooh u initially applied ur senior year and now ur tryna get college credits and then transfer in? gotcha. imma sophomore in college and didnt apply my senior year. i was too busy being brainwashed into believing that if i didnt go to an all-white school i would die. bullshit. got into a great school but its boring as hell. why cant i go to a school thats accredited AND enjoyable ya know. so here i am waiting to hear back from HU. im pretty confident ill get in but only time will tell. much luck to you.

how important are your sat scores for transferring, even after you've graduated from high school, does howard put alot of weight on sat's asfar as transferring?

i dont think they really care about SATs. since ur in college they're lookin strictly at your college transcript, letter of rec, and ur activity resume. anything in highschool is left there. so i hope ur doing good currently in school lol

More weight is placed on your current grades, GPA, transcripts, etc. However, good SAT's won't hurt!
