Herstory (no, this isn't from the Lifetime Channel...) Posted on 03-11-2008

Naturally, I would propose this question to the females, but this year, I'ma switch it up. Since March is Women's History Month, can any any of you guys think of two to three women who has made a major impact upon your lives? Here's mine: Mi mama--Doesn't matter what happens, this woman brought me here and gave me an oppurtunity to do better for myself. Words to you, Mommy! Ms. Bessie Coleman--the first African-American aviatrix. This woman is particularly is my favorite because thanks to her, I always look to the skies. Now, it's your turn!

Actually, I did answer the post. Just not in a way that you liked.
Um, I asked for you to mention specifically two to three women that had a significant impact upon your life. Reading is SOOOO fundamental, man. Instead, you sat there and had a shrink moment b*tching about all the women that did you wrong. Boo hoo. As if it was a gender issue as opposed to a human one...

It's good to see that my "Get A Room" nomination wasn't wasted!

What?! Oh, no don't you even think about it! Stop the madness! I would rather endure a papercut to the flippin' eyeball than be part of the nomination for that award! He don't like me, I don't like him, END OF STORY...

Okay, back on track with the original purpose of this thread: 3 women who are influential: 1. My mother-She raised me in the way I should go. (Including my father, but this thread is geared towards women.) 2. My sisters-I look to them for advice and guidance. 3. Oprah Winfrey-I look to her as a role model, because I will also be a billionaire and a philantropist.

My mom As a child, she always made sure I was clothed, feed, and healthy. When I had questions about homework, my mom always offered her assistance. My mother has definitely played a critical role in my life. I am very appreciative of her sacrifices and love. Grandmother She taught me how to respect myself and other people. She made sure I strived for excellence by encouraging me to obtain an education. Rosa Park She fought to provide me an opportunity to excel as an African American man. If it were not for her bravery, I would not have an opportunity to live in a desegregated society. I am inspired by her bravery to take calculated risks in life. Everything we want is on the other side of fear.

You're right... reading is fundamental. I specifically mentioned "ALL".

I can only help but wonder if it's the GOP that makes you this despicable, or if being this malevolent is a requirement in order to join...

I believe you're mistaking that prerequisite for the Democratic Party.

Wow. That's so not funny. Hell, that's not even the same zip code as funny. No cookie points for you, man.
