^^^yep 1962 for the Grooves and April 4, 1969 for the Swings 8) . Usually I could post a book (I'm a neo), but since I'm at work (don't want to look like I'm slackin ).....here are the websites: www.swingphiswing.org and www.gphig.org Groove's site lists all of the chapters (active and inactive). Our site lists the areas in which the chapters are located.
I really didn't know much about the Grooves or the Swings either. I have a SiSTAR thats a Swing and we have a few rather inactive Grooves on campus. All I have seen them do is pledge a line of GEMS. (An auxillary group that stands for Grooves Eminent something....)
How can she be a Zeta and in Swings cuz i looked on the website and it said u can't belong to another social sorority...can someone who knows elaborate??
Because Zeta Phi Beta is not a social sorority.
I'm not sure what a "social sorority" is, but to clearify things.....you can't be in a BGLO and a become a member of Swing....it kind of defetes the whole purpose of our founding. You can apart of other organizations like the OES, TBS, and other service or social (don't really know the difference) orgs.
