What is Consumer & Market Knowledge (CMK)?
In CMK, we combine Analytics & Insights to directly influence business strategy, product design, pricing, media investments, retail, go to market strategy… and much more! We use our boundless curiosity to discover what consumers want, why they want it, and how we can influence them through immersive exploration, in-depth analysis and good research. We leverage state of the art analytics tools to dig deep in the data, identifying key business drivers and assessing the impact of investments like advertising and in store promotions. We leverage big data sources and analytics to understand consumers, markets, and retailers. We answer questions like: What should our brands stand for? Who are our target shoppers? How do we best reach them? How can we create exciting in-store and online shopper experiences? And… What’s next?
Procter & Gamble's Consumer & Market Knowledge (CMK) Freshman Leadership Forum is a student program designed to reach top diverse students and others in their freshman year of an undergraduate degree to expose them to the type of opportunities available in CMK. The forum will be held in April 2018 at our global headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. Travel and accommodation expenses will be paid by P&G for all participants.
You will interact with other top undergraduate students from all over the country as well as have the chance to speak candidly with P&G CMK managers about corporate America and our P&G culture. You will also learn more about the opportunity to interview for a CMK Internship for the summer of 2020.

Qualifications & Requirements A healthy curiosity regarding the world of business and CMK along with demonstrated leadership ability is required for those interested. Candidates are expected to have and maintain high academic standards with their education institutions.
