Senior Diversity Recruiter
The Senior Diversity Recruiter plays a key role in advancing the CBRE Talent Acquisition agenda and results for sourcing and hiring diverse talent. This person will be responsible for working closely with market leaders and key partners in a region to create and implement business- aligned diversity recruiting strategies that will yield measurable results. In addition, this role will partner with key external organizations to advance recruitment opportunities and the brand and reputation of CBRE. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in diversity recruiting, specifically the creation and implementation of strategies to source and recruit from diverse communities working across all business units in a region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Partners with key market leaders to develop and implement short- and long-term recruiting objectives and strategies to attract and hire diverse talent in a region.
Leverage and partner with both internal and external partners to build a diverse candidate pipeline for targeted roles.
Engage in regional diversity partnerships and activities with local organizations through creative methodologies that result in brand awareness regarding opportunities and careers at CBRE.
Tracks and monitors analytics throughout the complete recruiting cycle to analyze and leverage data for the identification of trends and the adjustment of strategies/activities to improve results.
Conduct market research to understand where external diverse talent pools exist and work collaboratively with key market leaders and internal/external partners to explore initiatives to tap into those talent pools.
Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and provide data-driven recommendations to guide decisions related to future diversity recruiting sourcing and hiring strategies.
Act as a subject matter expert with market leaders, hiring managers and internal partners concerning methods to source and recruiting diverse candidates.
Leverage social platforms and online recruiting resources to support the creation of talent pipelines.
Support national diversity partnerships and activities through creative methodologies that result in brand awareness, talent generation and sustainable talent pipelines.
Act as a liaison between several key stakeholders to ensure that Diversity talent initiatives are being coordinated effectively.
Research and propose diversity-related initiatives to enhance our current partnerships and regional engagements.
Review resumes and credentials of diverse candidates for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Identify and attend local and national diversity recruiting events.
Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams, and/or plan and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university in human resources or related field or comparable combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 5 years of full lifecycle staffing or recruiting required.
Prefer a minimum 3 years of experience as a diversity recruiter and/or sourcer.

OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES Fully competent in specific HR concepts with emphasis on staffing processes, internal HR policies, employment law and interviewing techniques or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities.
Strong personal computer skills using Microsoft Office, Internet software, and human resources information system (HRIS) and applicant tracking system (ATS) applications.
Demonstrated knowledge of basic human resource functions such as compensation, benefits, employee/labor relations, training and development.
