Responsible for managing the creative development, execution, and production workflow for Creative Advertising & Design Services projects.
Develops and implements Creative Advertising & Design Services programs to support Walgreens products and services.
Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion. Gathers necessary information, including business goals/objectives, design/messaging information, format specifications, timing, and budget.
May identify, evaluate and recommend creative opportunities consistent with business objectives; Provides creative advertising & design services support throughout the organization.
Identifies and implements creative strategies and programs in collaboration with business team. Communicates new ideas to manager. Troubleshoots on projects and facilitates resolution on any issues that may jeopardize the timely completion, accuracy and quality of projects.
Develops and delivers presentations and provides reports for the business to provide marketing information which may include creative trends, competition, new products, and pricing.

Bachelorâ€™s Degree and at least 1 year experience of project management for creative, execution, and production stages of marketing campaigns and projects; OR High School Diploma/GED and at least 4 years experience of project management for creative, execution, and production stages of marketing campaigns and projects.
Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.
Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team.
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font).
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Project (for example: adding resources to a project, assigning resources to a task, leveling resources across task, assigning costs to a tasks, tracking percent complete, start, and finish dates, and/or viewing progress through the Gantt chart or report).
Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Masterâ€™s degree or MBA and at least 3 years experience of project management for creative, execution, and production stages of marketing campaigns and projects.
Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
