ID Operations Support Manager
Location:Burley, ID Department:Warehouse Operations Reports To:DC General Manager
Your Role:This position involves the day-to-day management of the assigned support groups, warehouse personnel, or DTI personnel as well as working with the rest of the management team to drive results with operational flow for both warehouse and DTI.
Hires/ supervises assigned support groups.
Coordinates monthly work schedules.
Oversees personnel development, including evaluations and training plans.
Develops, analyzes, and reinforces appropriate sub-department policies.
Conducts monthly staff meetings and helps manage sub-committees.
Budgets for assigned support groups.
Maintains safe workplace actions/ conditions for self and co-workers.
Leads continuous improvement efforts while applying lean tools and thinking to identify and eliminate waste.
Supervision – All assigned support group staff.
Travel – Approx. 3-5 times per year to company meetings and planning events. Must have ability to travel independently as needed, without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train.
We Need You To Have:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Dot Foods’ experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
Aptitude for budget development and business analysis.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs.
We’d Like You To Have:
Previous successful leadership experience.
Ability to analyze and interpret statistical data.
Ability to work with/incorporate changes quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
Product integrity investigation and support experience.
Willingness to pursue opportunities for ongoing education and acquire knowledge to increase skills.
