PART-TIME, TEMPORARY POSITION

Website, Access, and Social Media Specialist

20-29 hours per week

The Website, Access, and Social Media Technology Specialist will assist the Systems Administrator and other Operations Staff with the day to day management of department technology and resources. These responsibilities include management and updates to the department website as instructed and requested by department staff; managing social media accounts, including generating content; troubleshooting access issues under the guidance of the Systems Administrator and the Director of Operations; providing tech support to members of the department as needed; and managing the inventory of conference cards, vendor access cards, and hardware.

Preferred skills:

Experience with website design or management, social media management, or other related technology skills
