**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
+ **Nutrition, Wellbeing & Regulatory Support to Business Functions –** you will drive the nutrition agenda for KCI in support of the business needs and commercial programs, with a strong focus on brand and category growth. Identifying nutrition/health/wellbeing opportunities and messages that are aligned to brand communications, and scientifically, legally and ethically sound. Develop the nutrition aspect of the marketing plans and influence/manage the implementation of the plan and execute health influencer programs to support brands and category growth while overseeing the integration of strategy into innovation and renovation and leading the nutrition/wellbeing strategic and executional support to Sales, OOH and customers
+ **Expertise in Labelling & Regulatory Affairs –** you will oversee food formulation, development of nutrition labelling information and packaging to ensure products comply with all Canadian labelling regulations, while leading the implementation of new labelling regulations and regulatory change initiatives into the business, leveraging growth opportunities and minimizing risk and overseeing governance of nutrition data, systems and processes. Develop and oversee the regulatory and nutrition science strategy to support category and brand growth, and promote and protect our business and corporate reputation will be key here as well
+ **Leadership –** leading and motivating your team to maximal performance, providing ongoing coaching, support and guidance informally outand through the performance management system
+ **Manage Third Party Organizations –** by Influencing the external environment on health and wellness issues that could impact our brands and/or our ability to market our brands. Represent Kellogg Canada on the FCPC Scientific & Regulatory Affairs Council and other relevant external committees and develop, grow and maintain strategic partnerships with key health professional organizations
**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
+ Undergraduate and Graduate degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, Business and/or related discipline., Eligible for registration in the Ontario College of Dietitians
+ Significant experience in the food industry in the areas of nutrition communications, food advertising,and labelling regulations, and regulatory compliance in Canadian marketplace
+ Excellent knowledge and application of food labelling and advertising regulations in Canada, and experience with food formulations and ingredient specifications
+ Strong problem solving skills, a solutions-oriented approach, attention to detail and sound judgment are essential
+ Demonstrated experience leading a team - strong people management skills to lead motivate and develop talent
+ Proven experience in a related role in a T1 or T2 CPG company in Canada/Europe/Australia
