Marketing Client Services Team Lead
Working on a dynamic and highly successful office leasing team, the Client Services Team Lead (CSTL) is a pivotal team member focused on driving the marketing efforts for the growth of the team’s business. The CSTL is responsible for leading the various marketing efforts of the team’s office portfolio by generating unique marketing strategies, designing marketing materials and coordinating with other marketing experts within CBRE and third-party vendors on various assignments and tasks. The CSTL will act as the team thought-leader by recommending and coordinating the implementation of marketing strategies based on the unique goals of each asset and client the team represents.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Executes advanced graphic designs using a variety of computer software programs, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.
Understands the goals of the leasing team and participates in the formulation of unique events, ideas, concepts, formats, visuals, copy/taglines and overall marketing strategies for various assignments within the team portfolio.
Conceptualizes and develops the design of email campaigns, flyers, marketing centers, property brochures, proposals or offering memoranda for the purpose of closing deals.
Works directly with the leasing team on large projects, including responding to RFP's and designing pitch presentations for the purpose of generating new business, building repositioning/branding development projects, etc.
Manages the workflow of the design team members and the design process for all marketing assignments to ensure schedules are met and materials are accurate and delivered in a timely manner. Delegates projects and tasks to the design team, monitors all work in progress and provides direction on prioritization through active communication with the leasing and design team.
Reviews the work of the design team in a detail-oriented manner by proofreading content and ensuring appropriate branding, content and formatting are used. The CSTL will have the final sign off prior to preparing materials for the review of the leasing team.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college required. Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year college or university preferred.
5 years experience providing administrative support to multiple or team of professionals; ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities preferred.
3 years experience in the Real Estate industry in a Sales or Marketing department; CBRE experience preferred.
SOFTWARE APPLICATION SKILLS
Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop preferred.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
Proficient skills in Web publishing using templates preferred.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Current real estate license for where work is performed.
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis. Ability to abstract a lease.
