+ **Business Analytics –** Knowing your business is imperative to driving business results. You will also be responsible for proactively initiating Category Management activities with customers and developing innovative retailer solutions based on consumer / shopper insights to drive goals and objectives.Leveraging account knowledge and marketing/sales dynamics will be essential in building customer relationships.

+ **Customer Interaction –** As a trusted business consultant you will penetrate accounts by actively listening, identifying customer needs and expectations,and utilizing the total Kellogg offering to meet their needs from a Category perspective. Introducing effective Category Management principles and strategies that deliver “win-win” solutions with our customers

+ **Strategic Partnerships –** Pro-actively developing and sustaining collaborative relationships with Kellogg customer business managers and external stakeholders

+ **Project Management –** Your project management skills will be utilized in managing large projects and tasks.

+ **Cross Functional teams –** you will work internally representing the category, the shelf and the assortment as part of the cross functional team developing commercial ideas and execution plans.

+ **People Leadership –** Utilizing your leadership skills you will be responsible for the professional development of a category management team.Ensuring they continue to evolve as the “best in class” provider of category insights and shelving solutions



+ In-depth understanding of Nielsen data, Customer data and modular planning

+ Demonstrated experience auctioning insights from complex data

+ Post-secondary education or work experience equivalent – Business Diploma or Degree

+ Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills
