Senior Financial Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
+ **Budget Management –** You will be responsible for managing the corporate budget process for annual budget and monthly/quarterly forecasts. This will include coordinating plans and forecasts between Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing, analyzing variances vs budget/forecast and identifying potential risks, and opportunities to the P&L. This will include preparing the profit and loss statement, actual reporting, providing recommendations for cost savings and process improvement.
+ **Cost Analysis –** Championing the cost of goods sold process through integration with Kellogg and non-Kellogg plants from which KCI imports goods. You will also be analyzing and discussing standard costs with Kellogg and non-Kellogg plant controllers. You will provide support on all cost savings and margin improvement projects, including inventory, co-man/co-pack and distribution.
+ **Direct Business Collaboration –** Partnering with Supply Chain and Operations team to provide financial analysis and insights
+ **Month End Close Reporting** **–** Championing the monthly close process and ensuring consistency between financial accounting and reporting systems
+ **Continuous Improvement –** Developing and continually improving processes through consistent and standardized set of financial analysis, models, tools and performance measurement to make information gathering and analysis more efficient and effective.
**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
+ Post-secondary education, Business Degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce
+ Proven work experience in a finance business support role with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, standard costing, and financial analysis in consumer packaged goods industry
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced knowledge of Excel (including Pivot Tables, vlookups, filters)
+ Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
+ Results oriented team player with demonstrated financial, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
+ Desire and ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities and deadlines
+ Preferably completed or currently pursuing CPA designation
+ Experience with SAP and Anaplan
