**HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
+ **Direct Business Partnering –** Provide financial analysis and guidance on profitability, ROI, pricing, promotional activities, innovation, costing and trade spend. Utilize financial expertise to guide decisions and ensure accuracy.
+ **Strategic Planning –** Proactively recommend updates to budgets/ forecasts and helps to identify ways to close gaps/ meet challenges.
+ **Decision Support –** Evaluate alternative commercial scenarios and model the impact to the P&L, gathering insights and making recommendations for improvement.
+ **Action & Accountability –** It's about having an Owner's Mindset.You will be responsible for the category P&L's, building strategies to impact future results and initiatives.
+ **Controls and Compliance –** Observe best practices, adheres to Section 404 (SOX) and U.S. GAAP, and complies with company policies.
+ **Educate non-Finance business partners** on the P&L and key financial metrics to help enhance financial performance and ensuring alignment with company strategies.
**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
+ Post-secondaryeducation, Business Degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce
+ 3-5 years of financial analysis work experience
+ Advanced proficiencyin Microsoft Excel, using functions such as vlookups, pivot tables, filters,sorting
+ Proven experienceproviding accounting insight and analysis to stakeholders.
+ Demonstratedanalytical and problem solving skills
+ Team player and ableto communicate with all levels of the organization.
+ Effective timemanagement and results-oriented and able to multi-task efficiently andeffectively
+ University degree inAccounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
+ Preferably completed or currentlypursuing CMA/CPA/CGA designation
+ Experience with SAP
