TriHealth seeks media relations manager who will develop, implement and measure media relations strategies and placements that align with corporate priorities, achieve business objectives, strengthen the brand, enhance the corporation’s reputation, and reinforce other venues of an integrated marketing communications approach.
TriHealth is Greater Cincinnati’s fifth largest employer with two nationally tertiary-care hospitals, physician group practices, ambulatory care centers and ancillary services at 70 locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
ˑ Serve as primary media contact to build trustworthy relationships with media, including providing 24/7 on-call access, crisis/controversy emergency call duty
ˑ Provide strategic media counsel to management, employees, patients, visitors speaking to media on behalf of TriHealth’s mission, values, services
ˑ Present TriHealth’s viewpoints to news media and public with transparency while protecting rights, privileges of patients, employers and physicians
ˑ Oversee 1-2 staff
Candidates should have strong track record of media resources, commitment to brand, thorough familiarity with print, broadcast, digital and on-line social media practices.
