4 Moves Everyone Must Make - Make Moves Monday

4 Moves Everyone Must Make - Make Moves Monday
Posted By: Shauntae Jordan on October 17, 2011

Great day to you! What was the first move you made when you got up this morning? Did you hit the alarm clock? Turn over? Popped right up? Stretched? Meditated? Believe it or not the first move you made this morning was the movement of your mind. Your thoughts began to move rapidly: Oh it is Monday! Dang, do I have to get up! Morning already! Thank God for another day! I am so happy it is Monday!

It is your thoughts that make moves before you awaken. Have you ever said, “Let me sleep on it?” Often times it is very important to sleep on items that are puzzling to you or require more thought. While you are resting your body is transmitting waves of dreams and desires. I encourage you to go to sleep with your mind on the positive goals and achievements you want for the next day. With this in mind you will awaken to positivity and hope. How you awaken in the morning dictates the results of our day. Allow me to share with you some mind moves for this Monday!

1) Expect greatness: No matter what your yesterday was remember today is a new day. Begin to expect greatness for your results. Your results are determined by the way, you see yourself.

2) Imagine greatness: If you have not received the results that you have sought after, it is necessary to change the perception you have of yourself. When you arise in the morning allow yourself 15-30 minutes to imagine your results for that day.

You can even take pictures from your favorite magazine and develop a vision board.

3) Develop I Am Statements: Clearly write down what you want to accomplish. Make it very clear and specific. Example: I am meeting new clients at lunch, I am celebrating the “A”, I earned on a test, I am developing new relationships, and I am at home by 6 p.m. By developing I Am statements you are affirming the results you desire.

4) Make Mental Moves: Move out any negative that you have within you. Explore your thoughts and inspirations for today. Avoid turning on the television while getting dressed. The news can be depressing and remove you from the flow of expectancy. Use positive thoughts in your morning routine. I am experiencing a great morning. I am wealthy. I am abundant. I am peace. Do not entertain any negative aspects of your morning. When approached with negative beings, thoughts, or situations face it head on. Tell it no and begin to move forward.

Life offers growth and learning experience through challenges. Face each challenge as they come. Any other nonsense that should not be there will be noticed right away. Push it to the side and press forward. These four mind movers will help you take action and receive positive results. Make sure you make it happen on this Monday. The first move depends on you, and the rest shall follow.
