GIVE YOUR SUPPORT TO MOVIES OF BLACK HISTORY AND ACHIEVERS

It's few of the greats honoring triumphs of Blacks who showed intelligence and courage during a time period of segregation. Now with a new movie entering this age we can reflect on the reality of how Black pilots flew airplanes and participated in fighting for their country in WWII, even when while suprency wanted to hold them to the ground. I encourage all to go and see the movie if possible. Hollywood has little to do with making of this movie, but it was willed to come to pass. Learn about history of these pilots and courage they displayed that's often not taught in books of American History. Go and Check it out! “PRECIOUS made me SAD. . For Colored Girls made me THINK. RED TAILS makes me PROUD .” REDTAILS sold out at 2 theatres at several times. I have never been so HAPPY to be inconvenienced !! I saw the 1995 HBO version as well. The big screen is different in scope. A story like this needs to be told and RE-TOLD. Red Tails was a different take on a story that covers over 4 years and well over 500 individuals who were the great TUSKEGEE AIRMEN. These American Heroes DESERVE More than One movie/documentary/tv show and I will see all of them. the REAL TREASURE in RedTails: the kids I took to see it had so many questions about these Black American Heroes & American History. Mac thanks for sharing your views on this great movie about African American pilots. Since we are approaching Black History month I think it should be visited and re-visited by all you can attend.
