Math Lecturer Position
Messiah College


The UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS IN EDUCATION at Messiah College invite applications for a One year lecturer position in Math Curriculum Climate and Instruction (CCI).

Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate courses in Math Curriculum Climate and Instruction, general education Math, and Supervise Junior Field Experience and/or student teaching and engage in departmental service.

Qualifications: Ph.D. or Ed.D. preferred, but ABD or Masters considered, in Curriculum and Instruction in Math as well as state teaching certification. The Department seeks someone who has demonstrated successful teaching in basic education and has recent teaching experience in public schools. A profession of Christian faith and a commitment to the mission of Messiah College is required. Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate excellence in and a commitment to teaching and scholarship.

Starting Date for Position: Fall 2012
Compensation: Salary and rank commensurate with qualifications and experience.
