Technology Expert Needed! Boston College is searching for a Director of Technology Transfer & Licensing.

Boston College Introduction: Boston College is a leading national Jesuit, Catholic university, enrolling 9,000 undergraduates and 4,900 graduate and professional students.

*Bachelors degree is required.
*A working knowledge of negotiation techniques, the Bayh-Dole Act, federal agency regulations is required.
*A working knowledge of Windows personal computers, including MS Word, MS Excel, Access, Powerpoint and Adobe Acrobat is needed. 
*A working knowledge of the PeopleSoft accounting system will be developed.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills and a service-oriented attitude are essential.

Preferred
*No specific certification, licensures, or registrations are required
*Five years’ experience in intellectual property management is strongly preferred.
*An advanced degree in natural science and/or law is strongly preferred.
