WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION?

 

This position is accountable for delivering growth and profit objectives for our Select Customer business. Other responsibilities are as follows:


  • Conducting business analysis & development of territorial sales plans to achieve new business objectives on a profitable basis.
  • Communicating business desirability of our products and services.
  • Negotiating “win/win” deals to the mutual benefit of the customer and The Hartford. 
  • Generating, through active customer visits, adequate flow of business to drive results.
  • Developing new business leads and opportunities
  • Understanding and utilizing current technologies and promote related technologies appropriately to agents.
  • Providing ongoing training to agents on our products, appetite and automation tools.
