Members of the Norfolk State football team did their part Thursday, April 14, to keep the already beautiful campus of NSU looking immaculate, as student-athletes held their own campus cleanup hour on the University grounds. NSU Campus Cleanup Project

Student-athletes and coaches from the Spartan football fanned out across campus, each with his own trash bag, helping collect any loose trash and debris they could find. It was the first time the team has undertaken the initiative under head coach Latrell Scott, who said it was important for his team to partake in community service and also give back to the campus that supports his team.
