Shortsighted Rules That Make Good People Quit (3403 hits)

Itís tough to hold on to good employees, but it shouldnít be. Most of the mistakes that companies make are easily avoided. When you do make mistakes, your best employees are the first to go, because they have the most options.

If you canít keep your best employees engaged, you canít keep your best employees. While this should be common sense, it isnít common enough. Companies need to have rulesóthatís a givenóbut they donít have to be foolish and lazy attempts at creating order.
