What is your most memorable contribution as a Campus Queen?: My most memorable contribution as a Campus Queen would have to be during homecoming. I had the opportunity to spearhead an initiative called "Project Pink" where I held a campus wide Breast Cancer Walk with my court and former SSU Queens. One thing that made it so special was the balloon release which was held at the closing of the walk. The balloons were released to honor and cherish survivors such as my grandmother. “The goal is to live a full, productive life even with all that ambiguity. No matter what happens, whether the cancer never flares up again or whether you die, the important thing is that the days that you have had you will have lived."-Gilda Radner
