Accessible. Affordable. Excellence

Elizabeth City State University is a proud NC Promise campus committed to providing an affordable, high-quality education. Our personalized environment provides learning experiences that help you achieve your personal and professional goals.

At ECSU, we want students to focus more on their education and less on paying for college! Beginning Fall 2018, tuition costs will be just $500 per semester for North Carolina residents and $2500 per semester for out-of-state students. (*Campus related fees for students and on-campus residency cost apply.)

By lowering the overall cost of college, the NC Promise Tuition Plan will reduce the amount students need to borrow, resulting in less debt after graduation.
