Souza wins RRAC Setter of the Week (94 hits)

After recording a double-double against NCAA Division I school Alcorn State University, Alexia Souza (JR/Taubate, Sao Paulo, Brazil) wins Red River Athletic Conference Setter of the Week.

In a sweep over the Lady Braves, Souza tallied 25 assists and 11 digs for an average of 8.3 assists and 3.7 digs per set. This was Souza's fourth career double-double and fifth career Setter of the Week award. She will represent the conference in the national awards.

The Lady Wildcats are 2-0 and face Centenary College and East Texas Baptist University today at East Texas Baptist University.
