Born in Houston Texas, Sebastian is a known community leader & youth advocate since his founding of The Sanders Hand in 2017 Sebastian has been changing the lives of many families & students across the world. Sebastian is a graduate from the University of Texas at San Antonio with his bachelor's degree in business administration management. In addition to his non profit Sebastian is also the founder & chairman of SJS Enterprises.

Known for his amazing work with Youth, he is a respected businessman & Social Entrepreneur with the creation of "Define Success" curriculum & leadership camp. Sebastian is a well rounded entrepreneur with his unique sense of business & thrive for change in our economy & community.

About the host of Teacher Talks:
Stacie McClam is an educator, speaker, and radio show host. She has 10 years of teaching experience. Stacie taught in Washington, D.C., Japan, Denver, C.O., Kuwait, and in Los Angeles County. As a law school graduate she hoped to work in education reform but realized that it took too long to change policy. Stacie feels that she can better serve students outside of the classroom by exposing the realities that occur inside the classroom involving mental health, childhood trauma, and teacher trauma.
