We want your shopping experience to be a special treat. All of our products are guaranteed to give complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchased from us, please contact our customer service representative-"Maggie" at CustomerService@HBCUkidz.com. A representative will contact you within 48 hrs. or less to correct the problem. If after exhausting all possible remedies, we will provide a full refund on the product.
Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday and is closed on major holidays. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will ship on Monday.
In stock items will typically ship within three days. Special orders will ship within 3 days upon receipt from supplier. This will always be addressed on a case by case basis, and the customer will be updated on the situation before the order is processed.
We believe that proactive and timely response will prevent customer dissatisfaction.
Depending on the shipping destination, please allow an additional one to nine days for standard UPS Ground shipping.

Refunds will be dispensed in the form of: Money
Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from HBCU kidz, we will happily accept a return within 14 days after you received the item for a complete refund, less shipping cost. If you received free shipping, our shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund. After 14 days, all returns are store credit or exchange only.
No returns, exchanges, or store credit after 30 days from our ship date.
Items must be returned to HBCU kidz in new, unused condition, be in original packaging, and with all tags and inserts attached.
