Academic Integration Specialist - Purdue University
Residential Academic Initiatives (RAI) is a unit within University Residences. The Academic Integration Specialist serves under the leadership of the Associate Director of Residential Academic Initiatives and under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Learning Communities and Faculty Liaison. RAI includes Purdue's extensive learning community program and faculty initiatives including the residential faculty fellow program and faculty-in-residence program. Purdue University Residences houses over 13,000 students and seeks to "academicize" (rather than "amentitize") the residential experience by providing vast and various opportunities for student learning.

As the Academic Integration Specialist you will:
- Work directly with learning communityiInstructors and provide them logistical support
- Be integral in the assessment, evaluation, and data tracking and reporting of learning communities and other Residential Academic Initiatives
- Design training and development for faculty partners and residential life partners
- Supervise a graduate student and undergraduate student worker
- Create and implement programs
Qualifications & Requirements

Master's degree in higher education, student affairs, education, curriculum studies, or other relevant area
One year of full-time professional work experience
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders including faculty and professional staff
Experience managing multiple projects or programs that involve various stakeholders 
Experience in teaching or educational programming in a higher education setting

Two years full-time work experience
Experience working with learning communities, living-learning programs, and/or residential colleges
Experience supervising student and/or graduate staff Experience in basic data analysis and assessment techniques
