Assistant VP, Admissions & Records
Valencia College is now hiring a Assistant VP, Admissions & Records to join the Registrar's Office team.
In this role you will be responsible for student admissions, registration, records maintenance and retrieval, and graduation, including policies, processes, systems, and technologies that ensure compliance, positive student experience, and deep collaboration with other Student Services, Academic Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, and Business Operations.
Qualifications & Requirements A Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution in higher education or a related field [required]. (A Doctorate in higher education or related field is preferred)
Experience in management to include extensive experience/knowledge in student records, registration, admissions, planning and scheduling processes, systems, and technologies
Experience in designing and developing admissions, records, registration, and graduation processes and computer-based systems
Experience in supervision and staff development
Highly developed communication and collaboration skills
Experience with relational database systems
A demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion
