Career Specialist, Senior
The School of Engineering at Duke University is looking for its next dynamic team member to join the Engineering Master's Career Services & Professional Development Team. This person will focus on coaching students in career exploration and as they prepare for and execute successful searches. They will provide career coaching in 1:1 and group settings, create and facilitate learning opportunities in-person and on-demand, and contribute to a positive student experience for a diverse body of students. Our students, staff, and faculty benefit from engaging with a diverse range of backgrounds, and we are committed to seeking diversity in our candidate pool.

Qualifications & Requirements Work generally requires communications, analytical and organizational skills acquired through completion of a master's degree.
Work requires one year of experience in a placement or other student services function to gain considerable knowledge of career counseling and placement programs. Or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
