Corporate Trust Services (CTS) Internship Program Overview

The Corporate Trust Services Internship Program is eleven weeks in length and provides structured opportunities for highly talented undergraduate students. We offer a wide range of paid opportunities within various CTS businesses and gives students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with seasoned managers and team members who are experts in their fields.

Your summer experience will include formal and informal learning opportunities, engaging and challenging work assignments, and opportunities to interact with key leaders and managers. Interns will report into an individual CTS business group and will have the opportunity to understand the day-to-day responsibilities of a full-time team member while gaining exposure to our business strategies, operations and culture.

Participants will also complete a group project and benefit from coaching and performance feedback sessions. In addition, Interns will participate in the company-wide virtual learning series.

Required Qualifications

3+ months of professional experience through internships, part-time, or full-time work
Desired Qualifications

Ability to communicate confidentially and professionally
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
At least 12 months of work or prior internship experience
Previous financial or banking experience
Impactful involvement through work, academic leadership, volunteerism or activism within the community
Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) or higher in any of the following: finance, economics, accounting, business administration, management, risk management, statistics or mathematics, with a graduation date of December 2020 through June 2022
Ability to work a full-time schedule for the entirety of the eleven weeks program beginning in June 1, 2020.
