As an interdisciplinary, culturally responsive, queer in every way scholar-activist, practitioner, ordained member of clergy, and servant leader, I develop and implement best practices that are grounded in current research, equity centric, and transformational/servant leadership. I have a demonstrated record of creating/sustaining inclusive and transformative environments. I am adept at the development and implementation of strategies for diversity, equity, inclusion/belonging, justice, and accessibility in educational and public agencies. I also have over a decade of specialized experience in working with marginalized populations, helping these individuals to overcome challenges and barriers to obtain and sustain success.
