Current students interested:
- Write an 800-1200 word essay that describes how communication technology will improve patient-centered care in the coming years and why it is critical for the future of healthcare. A successful candidate should illustrate knowledge of patient engagement technology and how it correlates in maintaining healthcare standards and improving health outcomes. - Complete a copy of the Content Contribution Agreement at http://www.solutionreach.com/images/SRContentContributionAgreement.pdf - Provide a brief bio introducing the applicant and including the name of the applicant’s school and expected graduation date. This bio may include any additional information the applicant wishes to share such as why they are applying for the scholarship, their major, etc. - Send the essay, completed Content Contribution Agreement, and brief bio in .docx or PDF format to scholarship@solutionreach.com. Who Can Apply Any undergraduate student currently enrolled in an accredited US college or university with a minimum of 9 credits and a GPA of 3.0 may apply. There are no requirements for major or graduation date. When is the Deadline to Apply? All applications are due before midnight on Monday, August 18, 2014. Award Amount Two gifts totaling $4,000 will be awarded annually. Each semester (spring and fall), one recipient will receive a $2,000 scholarship to the institution of their choice. The scholarship will be sent directly to the school’s financial aid office. Selection Process and Notification The Solutionreach scholarship committee will review all applications and essays that meet the submission requirements. The committee will choose one recipient per semester (spring and fall). A member of the Solutionreach scholarship committee will contact the selected applicant, who will be informed of the award and asked to sign an acceptance letter.
