he Zip Scanners College Scholarship is a $500 scholarship awarded to one candidate yearly.
Eligibility Requirements: - Must be a current college student or high school senior entering college - Student must have maintained at least a 2.0 GPA - Student must be attending college or university in the fall or 2014 Essay Topic: - Please write a 500+ word essay about anything police scanner related.
