| The Central Intelligence Agency Undergraduate Scholarship Program is available to full - time high school seniors, college freshmen, and college sophomores. You must be a U.S. citizen, have and maintain at least a 3.0 GPA, and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award. For incoming freshmen, you must have scored at least 21 ACT / 1500 SAT score. Preference is given to minorities and students with disabilities. | |
