The NPG 2017 Photography Scholarship Contest is open to high school seniors and college freshmen, sophomores and juniors. You must submit an original photo with a 40 to 50 word description, that shows how the environment of the U.S. is being damaged by population growth. You must also be a U.S. citizen to qualify for this award.
