The Troublemaker Scholarship is open to high school seniors from Columbus, Ohio. You must have been accepted into college and describe yourself as a "troublemaker" in order to be considered for this award. An essay that is one to three typed pages in length describing how you developed a reputation as a troublemaker, how it has affected your life, and how you plan to shed that reputation in the future is also required.
