The NPG 2019 Essay Scholarship Contest is open to high school seniors and college freshmen, sophomores and juniors. You must submit an essay, in the form of a formal letter, of between 500 and 750 words to the 100 plus new members of the 116th Congress explaining why US population size and growth are serious problems for our nation and what do you expect them to do to help the situation. You must also be a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident to qualify for this award.
