To enter our scholarship essay competition, answer the following question in 300-500 words: "The Florida Supreme Court recently ruled that red light cameras are legal. Do you think red light cameras improve safety on Florida roads? Why or why not?" This scholarship is offered to any student currently enrolled in an accredited community college, undergraduate, or graduate program in the United States.
