The Dolman Law Group Video Essay Contest is available to current or prospective college students. You must submit a 2-3 minute video essay (YouTube format preferred) on the following topic: "As dockless rideshare bikes and scooters become more prominent in US cities, what responsibilities do the rideshare companies, investors, cities, and citizens have in making these systems work for everyone? Are they the answer to reducing carbon emissions and congested roadways or are they an overnight fad that will simply cause havoc and disappear as fast as they popped up?" Additionally, you must be in good academic standing with your current educational institution to qualify for this bi-annual award.
