The Development Fund for Black Students in Science and Technology Scholarship is available to African- American undergraduate students majoring in a scientific or technical field of study. You must be a student at a Historically Black College or University and demonstrate academic achievement and financial need. You must also be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and submit a personal essay and recommendations to be eligible for this award.
